APAC-SCA facilitated training courses (joint iniative with British Standards Institute, BSI)
As cellular agriculture moves toward commercialization, companies face increasing pressure to align with international food safety standards such as ISO 22000 and HACCP. However, conventional training does not address the unique challenges of cultivated meat production, including novel inputs, bioprocessing environments, and regulatory uncertainty. This training is designed specifically for the cellular agriculture industry, equipping participants with practical knowledge to implement food safety systems aligned with Codex and regulatory expectations.
