Cultivated meat and seafood has become an important alternative food resource to fulfill Singapore’s ambitious 30 by 30 goal - a commitment towards producing 30% of its nutritional needs by 2030. It is with excitement that we follow Singapore Food Agency’s (SFA) recent update to its regulatory framework – providing additional guidelines for companies and facilitating the process by introducing transparent and resourceful procedures.
