Following the press release earlier this year, the Asia-Pacific Society for Cellular Agriculture has launch its new APAC-SCA Consumer Report: Prospect of Cultivated Meat & Seafood in South Korea.
The report is intended to inform both regulators and the cultivated meat and seafood industry on the behaviour trends and perception of cultivated products among South Korean consumers, and feature new details, such as key recommendations for regulators, industry and consumers approaches.
